Dorothy Mills
Mrs. Dorothy Elson Mills, 62, of Alexandria, died Nov. 2 in Seneca, S. C.
A native of St. Petersburg, Fla., Mrs. Mills was the daughter of Violet Phillipi Elson of St. Petersburg and the late Harley Roydon Elson. She was a past president of the National Association of Bank Women and past president of the American Banking Institute.
Surviving besides her mother are her husband Joseph Franklin Mills of Alexandria, formerly of Rappahannock County, three sisters, Annette Ratcliffe of San Antonio, Texas, Joyce Moore of Westminster, S. C., and Carol Hood of Seneca, S. CT, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted Nov. 6 at the Culpeper National Cemetery by the Rev. Marvin Cook.
