Ollie Pullen
Mrs. Ollie Lee Pullen, 69, wife of Albert William Pullen, died Oct. 30 at her home at Rixeyville.
A native of Culpeper County, she was the daughter of the Jate Earnest B. Settle and Maggie Lee Settle. She was a member of Massanova Pentecostal Church.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, MacArthur Pullen, Amissville, Albert W. Pullen Jr. and Scott Pullen, both of Rixeyville, five daughters, Dorothy Reuwer, Nellie Settle and Margie Minor, all of Rixeyville, Sally Whitlock of Churchill, Md., and Laura Jenkins of Washington, 20 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Nov. 3 at Geest-Johnson Funeral Home by the Rev. L. D. Savage. Interment was at Fairview Cemetery, Culpeper.
Pallbearers were Charles Jenkins, Scottie Pullen, Jake Pullen, Edward Pullen, Tommy Settle and Paul Covington.
John Kindall Sr.
John William Kindall Sr., 64, of Washington, died Oct. 31 at Warren Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Kindall was bom March 2, 1923, in Washington, a son of the late John Kaylor Kindall and Lula Seal Kindall. He was a member of the Church of the Brethren.
