Survivors include his wife, Helen Rooker, two daughters, Lori Rooker of Front Royal and Mae Frances Rooker of Washington, two sons, Lee Rooker Jr. and Joseph Rooker, both of Washington, his mother, Lilly Mae Nibleck of Leesburg, Fla., two brothers, Leon Nibleck of Texas and Gilbert Nibleck of Leesburg, Fla., three sisters, Luctetia Jones of Tallahassee, Fla., Greta Nibleck of Leesburg, Fla., and Deborah Ann Taylor of Washington State, and three grandsons, Chris Rooker, Jamie Rooker and Stephen Rooker, all of Washington.
Graveside services were conducted Nov. 2 at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Washington by the Rev. John Pendleton of Promise Land Baptist Church.
