of 52 being conducted by scholars nationwide this summer, will be led by St. Olaf Cicero expert James M. May. The event is titled “Marcus Tulluis Cicero: Orator, Philosopher, Politician, Patriot.”
Ms. Larrieu and the 14 other teachers will read, study and discuss several of Cicero’s most important works. Participants represent high schools in 11 states.
Teachers and educators in grades K-12 are eligible for the fellowships.
Teachers from California, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin will take part in the seminar.
