DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Acts as an agent for the Winchester Division of Child Support Enforcement Satellite Office using collection credit procedures and techniques and other resources available in order to locate absent responsible parents, legal guardians or alleged fathers and arrange for proper support payment. Documents in case records information obtained and action taken. Provides evidence in court proceedings Establishes admmistra- , five obligations and enforcement remedies, such as processing wage assignments and liens. Sets up payment plans/schedules and monitors payments. Prepares correspondence and reports.
