Lucy David
Lucy Kirkland David, 79, of Warrenton, died Tuesday, June 18 at her home.
Mrs. David was bom May 28, 1912 in Camden, S.C. She was a retired teacher from Fauquier County Public Schools, having taught at Warrenton Elementary School and Fauquier High School. She was a member of the Fauquier Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas W. S. David; two sons, Thomas W. S. David Jr. of Warrenton and Alexander Kirkland David of Washington; three granddaughters, Lucy Elizabeth David, Carole Ann David and Dominique Marie David; and one grandson, Alexander Kirkland David Jr.
A memorial service was held Thursday, June 20 at Warrenton Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Warrenton Rescue Squad.

Elsie B. Rippeon, 77, of Winchester, died Wednesday, June 19 in the Winchester Medical Center.
The funeral was conducted Saturday, June 22 at the Jones Funeral Home by Pastor Kim Robertson. Burial was in Shenandoah Memorial
