Juliana Volkmar has learned to call another part of the world “home” this year.
A native of Germany, Miss Volkmar has been living with Mr. and Mrs. Brad Fisher of Washington as part of the Youth for Understanding (YFU) international exchange program.
Miss Volkmar and her YFU volunteer representatives Richard and Patricia Helmer, would like to thank the people of Washington for welcoming Miss Volkmar so warmly into the community, and showing her what American life is all about. Miss Volkmar would especially like to thank the teachers and students at Rappahannock High for a great year.
