He reviewed such operational procedures as the start of a race, the location of sell-cash terminals, and the dimensions of paddock-to-barn throughways. He added that the photo-finish apparatus Morven Park planned to use, Jones Precision Photo Finish Inc., was the most highly regarded in the industry.
