The Rappahannock Public Library Board, Friends of the Library and the library's staff invite the public to the dedication of the new library building on U.S. 211-522 at Washington at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 8.
Special guests include members of Washington and Rappahannock governments, Virginia State Librarian John Tyson and those active in fundraising for and building the new structure.
