Site plans for the school were approved, as expected, at the meeting of the Board of Supervisors Tuesday.
With the site plan approved, the school must get a zoning permit and apply for a building permit, so that it can install required fencing and rearrange some of the interior of Marshall Manor. Mr. Goldsmith said that “unless there’s something I don’t see happening,” the occupancy permit would follow closely after the approval of the site plan. “It’s very close to a turnkey operation,” he said.
