Classes to prepare individuals to take the GED test will begin a} i the Piedmont Technical Education Center at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, i Sept. 10. Pre-GED classes are given free of charge, but there is a one- j time charge of $30 for the books needed for the GED classes. Antique show and sale ;
The first annual Rappahannock County Antique Show and Sale j will be held at Rappahannock Elementary Sept. 28 and 29. Hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday and early! bird is from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday. Regular admission will! be $3.50 and early bird costs $15.
Crab feast ;
The Child Care and Learning Center will sponsor an “all-you-can-1 eat” crab feast from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14 at the Amissville fire! hall. Culpeper Memorial Hospital is sponsoring a picnic for all area rescue squads to be held on Thursday, Sept. 12 at the Emergency Department starting at 5:30 p.m. ' ;
Class on incident command
The Rappahannock-Rapidan EMS Council is sponsoring a full day class on incident command to be held at the Culpeper County Rescue Squad building from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21. To ' pre-register call the EMS office at 703-825-6849. EMS and fire program credits will be given.
