Play soccer in benefit
All soccer players older than 15 are invited to the second annual Pay to Play soccer league benefit, 2 p.m. Nov. 24 at the Rappahannock Elementary soccer field.
The fee is $5 per player and proceeds benefit Rappahannock youth soccer.
Alumni basketball tourney
The third annual Rappahannock High Alumni Basketball Tournament takes place at 7 p.m. Nov. 29 and 7 p.m. Nov, 30 in the high school gym.
On Friday night, teams coached by )oe McCullough and Mike Atkins play at 7 p.m. and teams coached by Gary Settle and Walter Frye go at it at 8:30 p.m.
The third-place game is 7 p.m. Saturday and the championship contest follows.
