Bertha Clark
Bertha Atkins Clark, 93, of Luray, died Monday, Nov. 18, at Page Memorial Hospital.
She was bom Jan. 4,1898 in Rappahannock County and was a daughter of the late James William and Annie Owen Dodson Atkins.
Mrs. Clark was a housewife and a member of the Luray Church of the Brethren.
On Oct. 13, 1918, she married Addie Frank Clark, who died Feb. 9,1980.
She is survived by a son, James F. Clark of Radford; a daughter, Valda Moses of Luray; a brother, James Owen Atkins of Alexandria; a sister, Maggie Alice Puffer of Luray; two grandsons and three greatgrandchildren.
A funeral service was conducted Wednesday, Nov. 20 at the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray by the Rev. Max W. Fisher and the Rev. Charles J. Comer. Burial was in Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery, Luray.
