REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL
The County of Rappahannock is seeking proposals to provide all labor and materials to perform the following services in the Rappahannock County Treasurer s Office:
A. ) Prepare all interior wall, ceiling, & trim surcases for painting, to include scaping and removing any and all deteriorated plaster and skimcoating where necessary; and,
B. ) Coat all interior wall and ceiling surfaces with one coat of primer, and finish with one coat of interior latex enamel, color to be chosen by Treasurer; and,
C. ) Treat all exterior brick surfaces of the structure with two coats of Thompson Water Seal polyurethane sealant (or comparable); and, O.) Paint all gutter and downspouts to match exterior trim: and,
E.) Repaint all exterior trim, to include repair and repaint as necessary, all shutters.
Scheduling of services to be performed should be coordinated with Frances Foster, Rappahannock County Treasurer, but would most likely be performed over one or more week-ends.
The procedures for competitive sealed bidding as outlined in Section 11 -37 of the Code of Virginia shall apply. Rappahannock County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bids should be delivered in sealed envelope to the Rappahannock County Administrator's Office, Old Extension Office, Gay Street, Washington, VA, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 13,1991.
