A brief ceremony and a groundbreaking will mark the official start of construction to four lane a two-mile section of U.S. 211-522 west from near Washington, Va., to the Covington River at Gid Brown Hollow.
The Wednesday, Dec. 4, groundbreaking will be held in front of Rappahannock County High School starting at 10 a.m.
