Living nativity
being planned
The Methodist Church in Rappahannock is once again putting on a living nativity scene near the Town of Washington. This year’s nativity will be presented from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21.
After the old shed was taken apart to build the new library building, Stephen Wagner organized the project to reassemble the traditional shed next door. Last year another (nearby) shed was used for the nativity, but this year the reassembling of the old shed has been complete.

The next meeting of the Rappahannock Recreational Authority will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11 in the Rappahannock Courthouse.
Among items for discussion is the project to upgrade and build new playground equipment.
