Apple cranberry casserole (Betty Smith) 3 c. unpeeled apples (cut fine) 2 c. whole cranberries 11/2 c. sugar 1 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/3 c. flour 1 stick of margarine Mix the first 3 ingredients together and put into a casserole dish. Mix the brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, and nuts over the top. Slice margarine over top . and bake at 350 degrees F. for 50 minutes with cover. Uncover and brown 10 minutes more. Good served hot or cold. Cranberry sauce 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
