ommend that the word “customarily” be removed from the definition of an accessory building. With the proposed definition an accessory building would always be on the same lot as the primary building. Mrs. Van Dort noted that the word “customarily” had resulted in the suit against the town by Fredette Eagle over the lot she owns on Wheeler Street with a shed on it.
The Town Council is interested in holding a public hearing on both the subdivision ordinance and the revised Historic District Ordinance in January. The Architectural Review Board has not responded to the planners recommendations for the Historic District Ordinance.
The planners agreed to meet again Dec. 18 to work on the Historic District Ordinance and to invite members of the ARB to meet with them. That meeting will be held in
