Mr. and Mrs. Michael Payne of Flint Hill are proud to announce the birth of a daughter, Peyton Michelle, bom at 5:52 p.m. on Sept. 8 at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal. Peyton weighed eight pounds, five ounces and was 20 3/4 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Sharon Berman of West Palm Beach, Fla. and the late Richard Andrew Hanley.
Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Payne of Flint Hill.
Paternal great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Welch of Flint Hill and great-great-grandparents are Mrs. Dorothy Atkins of Flint Hill and the late Luther Atkins.
