PUBLIC HEARING:
USE VALUE TAXATION ORDINANCE
On Monday. October 5, 1992, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing to consider amendments to the current Land Use Value Assessment and Taxation Ordinance, principally to correct deficiencies with respect to state enabling legislation, but also to remove "Open Space" as a classification under which land may be entered into the program.
A complete copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file and available for inspection at the County Administrator's Office and the Clerk's Office, on Gay Street, in Washington.
