The groom’s niece, Shannon Saunders, and the bride’s sister, Sarah McCauley, were junior bridesmaids.
All three girls wore mint green taffeta gowns with scalloped necklines and sleeves accented with small bows. They carried nosegays of alstromaria lillies, pink miniature carnations and baby’s breath.
Ronnie Beacham was the best man and Jimmy Rowe acted as groomsman.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Penguin Isle in Nags Head, N.C.
The bride is a graduate of Springbrook High School in Silver .Spring, Md., and attended Montgomery College in Rockville, Md.
The groom is a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School in Suffolk, Va., and attended Paul D. Camp Community College. He is a fireman with the Kill Devil Hills Fire Department.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Wilmington, N.C. and are living in Kill Devil Hills.
