George Foster
George Elbert Foster, 82, of Shade Farm, Woodville, died Saturday, Sept. 19 at the Warrenton Overlook Care Center in Warrenton.
The funeral was conducted Tuesday, Sept. 22 at the Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal by the Rev. Charles Clinedinst. Burial was in Flint Hill Cemetery in Flint Hill.
Mr. Foster was bom July 9, 1910, in Rappahannock County, the son of the late Jessie James and Annie Newcomer Foster. He was a retired former and a member of the Nethers Mill Lighthouse Tabernacle at Nethers Mill. He was the husband of the late Louise Burke Foster.
Surviving are four sons, James G. Foster of Woodville, Bobby Foster of Sperryville, Donald Foster of Washington and George Foster of Arlington; three daughters, Mary Jenkins of Bentonville, Patricia Jenkins of Washington and Dorothy Browning of Stafford; two brothers, Lyle Foster of Maurertown and
