On Tuesday night the Board of Supervisors met in executive session with members of the Board of Equalization to discuss the suits that have been brought against assessments. Attorney John Bennett of Culpeper met with the supervisors. The supervisors took no action at Tuesday night’s meeting. Louise and Thomas Eastham have sued the county over their assessments, which were raised by the Board of Equalization.
