The order specifies that $2,000 of the fine is to be paid within 15 days. The WSA will have 195 days to pay the remaining $2,000. WSA attorney Douglas Baumgardner said Del. Jerry Wood had intervened on behalf of the authority and the SWCB had agreed to this extension of time to pay the fine.
