Rappahannock News Staff Writer

The town’s Architectural Review Board approved “the overall design in concept” for an addition to a house owned by Mrs. Edward Parrish on Blue Ridge Avenue.

Jonathan Monroe appeared as agent for Mrs. Parrish, who was not present.

The ARB asked him to check with the homeowner about two possible changes: using clapboard in place of stucco, and changing the design for a bay window to a squared-off style instead of a more rounded look.
