But we must not become complacent. With defense jobs having been cut here and we are no longer looking outwardly, will we want to resort to isolationism? He believes not. In general, he says, we must go carefully.

Mrs. Eastham introduced guests - husbands, friends and members of other chapters and thanked the hostesses, Mrs. Albert Lambert, Mrs. James Rumpler and Mrs. Clarence Grogan.

Prospective members were introduced by the Registrar, Mrs. Dale Metzinger, who, also, urged members to contribute to the renovation of Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C., a project to cost millions in order to restore it correctly.

The December meeting will be on the 10th at the Culpeper Country Club at 6:30 p.m., the annual DARSAR Christmas banquet. Checks for $16 are to be remitted to the Treasurer, Mrs. Zillah Gutowski.
