According to Professor Bill O’Toole, the Almanack’s weather prognosticator and a Mt. St. Mary’s College computer instructor, the first year of snow will be in the form of light snow showers Nov. 11. There will be several light snow showers for the remainder of November and the first snowfall of any accumulation should be Dec. 11 and 12. We should also have a white Christmas and New Year’s as O’Toole predicts a snowfall on Dec. 24 and 25 and again on Jan 1-3.
