In a medium bowl, sift flour and next five ingredients. Add raisins and walnuts. In another bowl, mix oil (or melted margarine] and egg - beat well. Add yogurt and pumpkin puree, mix well. Pour flour mixture on top of pumpkin mix; ture. Mix for 10-20 seconds until barely combined but still lumpy! Pour batter into muffin cups (no more than 2/3 full). If there are any muffin cups with no batter in them; place 2 tablespoons of water in them to save pan and keep muffin moist! Place muffin tin on middle rack in oven, cook for 25 minutes. Let cooi 3-4 minutes, then run a knife around all edges to loosen muffins before you remove them from the pan.
