On September 21, 1993. The Potomac Edison Company (“Potomac Edison" or “Company") filed an application and supporting testimony with the Virginia State Corporation Commission ("Commission") requesting approval of a pilot program which involves the reimbursement of two commercial customers. Shenandoah University ("Shenandoah") and Lord Fairfax Community College (“Lord Fairfax"), for the installation costs of energy efficient lighting equipment in place of their existing light facilities (“the Project").
A copy of Potomac Edison's application is available for public inspection during regular business hours at all of its offices where customer bills may be paid and from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Commission's Document Control Center, located on the First Floor of the Tyler Building. 1300 East Main Street, Richmond, Virginia.
