me object of this suit is as follows: to partition the real estate that Clarence Arthur Starks died seized and possessed containing 0.70 acre, more or less, located in the Village of Flint Hill, Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia. An affidavit having been made and filed that the following are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that their last known post office addresses are correctly set forth opposite their names listed below:

It is ORDERED that the said non-resident defendants, Ann Starks. Johnny Starks, Mildred Starks Siders, Robert Starks, Irmeshen Jordan Starks, and Thomas Hayward Starks, and any other UNKNOWN HEIRS, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the real estate of which Clarence Arthur Starks died seized and possessed, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, are hereby required to appear on or before January 5, 1994, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests.
