Katie Powell and Sheryl Blakley won first place in Team Project for a study of Density.
The fourth grade classes participated in an exploratory projects, and four students from each homeroom were selected for recognition.
School Superintendent David Gangel told the students assembled for the awards, “Everyone who participated in the Science Fair is a winner” because they had increased their knowledge of science,, a field that will have increasing importance in their future lives.
