The Rappahannock Library Friday evening programs will be resumed Sept. 12 at 8 p.m. with an illustrated talk by Sperryville artist Ned Bittinger.
Although a portraitist of note, Mr. Bittinger is in addition a children’s book illustrator. His appearance will show his approaches to illustration as exemplified by his work on “The Matzah that Papa Brought Home,” “The Blue and the Gray” and his most recent book, “Rocking Horse Christmas.”
