If a student is planning to transfer, it is important to be sure that all minimum requirements for regular admission for all students have been met.
If a student has not taken the necessary math, English or science courses in high school or through the VCCS, it will be necessary to do so before admission is offered.
But here again, the VCCS can step in and help, providing the missing courses needed to meet the minimum admission requirements.
And once again, these courses may be take at night or during the summer at a nearby community college.
