The second application was made by Mike Brown, representing Doug Baumgardner. Mr. Baumgardner was asking for permission to install a bay window on the side of his office building located on Main Street.
The window would look much like the one at Mr. Baumgardner’s home on Ginger Hill said Mr. Brown.
The purpose for the request is to provide more natural light to the north side of the building.
Mr. Brown said that Mr. Baumgardner is also planning to paint the whole building.
That application was also approved and the board adjourned.
