They also work tirelessly to raise funds for their organizations.
This Sunday, Aug. 24, the Washington Volunteer Fire Department will have a commissioning ceremony for its new fire truck.
If you haven’t seen it you should. It’s a marvel of technical engineering and interesting in and of itself.
Show your support for their efforts and attend the ceremony. It’s bound to be fun and informative. And, you may even get a chance to sit in the new truck!
