Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, has hired Linda Terry as its executive director. Ms. Terry started work July 1 in . the new Headwaters office space in the Theatre Building on Gay Street, next to Real Estate III.
Linda, her husband Floyd Stilley, and their 10-year old son Jacob, live in Tiger Valley. They have been Rappahannock residents since 1985.
Linda brings years of local volunteer community service, as well as an education degree and teaching experience to the Headwaters executive director’s job. She has served oh the RLEP and RAAC boards and has been active as a 4-H leader.
