Safety
We have an opportunity to make our county a bit safer, to make certain activities in the county a little less nerve-wracking. Think of the possibility of a loved one having an outdoor accident, perhaps with a riding mower or a piece of farm machinery, or perhaps suffering "just" a broken ankle when-walking on the ice to the mailbox.
If there is nobody nearby, an accident can become deadly that could otherwise be quickly mitigated by a cell-phone call. To put it in the bluntest terms, a pocket-sized cellphone, a $20 service plan, and the newly-proposed towers could be enough to save a life, save a limb, save someone's sight, save someone's child.
