school bell, everyone moved inside the building to sample the evening s dinner dishes, which included locally grown beef, venison, vegetables, fruit and other delicious offerings too numerous to mention. Local wines were again featured.
Guests commented that every detail of the evening seemed inspired, and many noted they were especially impressed with the impeccable manners of the student servers who assisted the diners. These students were representative of all our public school students who will continue to benefit from the many donations raised by this event. Due to the tremendous success of the evening, plans are already underway for the third, annual "Taste of Rappahannock” next September.
