Happy Autumn everyone! I'm not quite ready to give up wearing shorts, but I can deal with 75 and 80 degrees with out the humidity.
Amissville Baptist Church would like to invite everyone to come to revival, starting Sunday Oct. 1 at the morning worship service. At 11 a.m. Dr. David Johnson will be speaking.
A covered dish luncheon will be served immediately following the service. Then on Sunday night through Friday night, service will begin at 7. Every night there will be special music, and great sermons. The nursery will be open for babies 0-24 months and the toddler room is for children two through four years of age. The Amissville Volunteer Fire Department is accepting donations for their annual fall auction. The auction is set for Oct. 7 at 6 p.m.
