Pursuing Pat Saltonstall's question, Commission member Tom Junk remarked that *the county should ask the Virginia Attorney General whether it was legal to site a tower in an agricultural/forestal district, and County Attorney Peter Luke said that he would do so. Board of Supervisors representative Ron Frazier asked if a tax rollback would be applied to those tower site landowners whose property was in land use, and Mr. Luke said that a roll-back would be assessed, and that it was the responsibility of the Commission of Revenue to do so when any such change in use was effected.
