The Democratic Caucus in Rappahannock will be held on Saturday, April 28 at The Theatre at Washington on Gay Street, starting at noon. Trie Caucus will elect Delegates who will represent Rappahannock at the 10th Congressional District Democratic Convention to be held in Warren ton on Saturday, May 19.
At its April 3 meeting, the Rappahannock County Democratic Committee chose to broaden the purpose of the Caucus in Rappahannock to include the consideration of issues of local and Statewide importance.
Resolutions approved by the Caucus will then be sent forward to the 10th Congressional District Convention and to the Democratic State Central Committee.
All registered voters in Rappahannock are encouraged to participate in the Democratic Caucus on April 28 who are Democrats, subscribe to the principles of the Democratic Party, do not intend to support any candidate who is opposed to a Democratic nominee in the next election, and have
