Tuesday, May 1
The Rappahannock County Democratic Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 1 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Library.
Included on the agenda will be updates on our Relay for Life team, the state-wide campaigns for Lt. Governor and Attorney General, and GOTV efforts for the Democratic Primary on June 12.

Summerquest!, a summer Regional Governor’s School serving Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison and Rappahannock Counties will be held from July 23 - Aug. 3 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m,, daily. Gifted and talented students presently in grades 5, 6 and 7 and eligible to apply for the two-week summer program held at Emerald Hill Elementary School on Rdute 229 in Culpeper County.
No fees are charged for this program. Transportation is provided from a central location in each county, except in Culpeper County. The theme for the program is Problem Based Learning.
Students will have an universal problem to solve while attending the class of their choice: Making Headlines (media production); Figure It Out (math); Something for Nothing (art); The Power of the Pen (writing) and When the Light Came On (science).
