National Honor Society members attending the ceremony were David Anderson, Cecilia Falk, Wendy Gillis, Holly Long, David Massie, Colin Nichols, Elliot Nichols, Chris Payne, Aaron Price, Lea Pyne, Matt Ralston, Tatiana Siccardi, Jeff Simeon, Jeremy Slack, Jennifer Starr, Sara Thomas, Amber Welch, Betsy Welk, Katie Whelan and Kevin Yowell. Nichole Buckholtz is also a member but was unable to attend the ceremony.

The National Honor Society of Rappahannock County High has been active this year in tutoring peers at the high school, reading test to fellow students during resource block, acting as “book buddies” with elementary students, sponsoring a dance and doing cake raffles at home volleyball and basketball games. Some of the proceeds from fund raisers are contributed to the scholarship fund at RCHS. The members of the National Honor Society attended the Riverside Dinner Theater on April 5 for dinner and the play “Damn Yankees.”
