plete list of the winners in next weeks issue, but the Leaders race was won by me again this year. Wes Mills had is car painted with the NASCAR colors of number 28, and I still smoked him! All had a lot of fun.
The Amissville Volunteer Fire Department Carnival dates have been set. They are June 27-30. Tickets for the queen and her court are available from Sandi Carter, 937-4218.
The ages are as follows: Little Miss 3-7, Junior Miss 8-12, Little Mister 3-7, and Queen 13-20. The parade is Thursday June 28. If you would like to participate please call J.B. Carter at 937-4218.
Vacation Bible School dates have been set for the Amissville Baptist Church, July 9-13, from 9 a.m. to noon. The theme this year is Soncreek Junction.
It is a cowboy related theme. More information will be forthcoming in the months ahead.
