Public Hearing
The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board (RRCSB) will hold a public hearing on May 8, 2001 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at 15361 Bradford Road. Culpeper. Public comments will be received on:
1 The Comprehensive Plan 2002 - 2008 that is
designed to address unmet needs within the
region for individuals with disabilities related to
mental illness, mental retardation and substance
abuse. 2. Planned services under its Area Plan for Aging
Services to the regions vulnerable elderly
population for fiscal year 2002. 3. Planned services provided under its Performance
Contract with the Department of
Mental Health. Mental Retardation, and Substance
Abuse Services to individuals with disabilities
in fiscal year 2002.

The RRCSB is a regional agency providing services to the Counties of Culpeper, Fauquier. Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock. Under its Performance Contract the RRCSB provides for child and adult outpatient, day support, residential, and case management services to eligible individuals with disab.lities related to mental illness, mental retardation, and substance abuse Under the Area Plan the RRCSB provides advocacy, personal care, respite care, volunteer servces, congregate and home delivered meals to eligible individuals who are elderly.
