For those in Rappahannock who have been trekking outside the county in search of chiropractic care, there is now something closer to home.
Dr. Joe Skinner, DC, has opened a new chiropractic office right in Washington, Va. Located on the second floor of Peter Kramer’s Washington Arts Building, Dr. Skinner’s office has a calming affect when you first enter. Painted a soft green and opening onto a sunlight balcony with a luscious jade tree perched nearby, it is truly a place of serenity.
Dr. Skinner explained he first became interested in chiropractic when he had a track injury in high school and was greatly helped by a chiropractor. A year later a car accident left him in need of chiropractic care again and from then on Dr. Skinner’s interest was sparked. “I always knew I wanted to work with
