In June 1951, Baylus married Lois Utz, daughter of Tom & Mary (Smith) Utz of Estes, Va. They built a home together in 1952 in Centreyille where they still reside. Together he and Lois have 4 children - Linda, Jackie, Frank II and Vickie and a total of 9 grandchildren.
