Rappahannock County Elementary School librarian Aney Massie is retiring after 28 years in the Rappahannock County school system. Not always the school librarian, Massie initially taught fourth, fifth and sixth grades. It was in 1987 that she took on the role of librarian, a position that she has held for the past 18 years.
“I enjoyed working with all ages because their reactions to books vary from grade to grade,” said Massie
