“Why are some people wanting to limit the size of the sewer,” asked Washington resident Ed Barton, “If we limit the size then very few people who work in town — police and teachers, will be able to afford five or six acres. Do we want an elite town of people from Washington (D.C.) who live here on the weekends only?”
