Candace Clough, estate gardener, recently operated the post hole digger, making way for an American Beauty Berry to be planted while co-worker, Shelly Dodson looked on. U. S. native shrubs are being planted throughout the Washington Courthouse lawn by the Rappahannock League of Environmental Protection (RLEP) and the Rappahannock Garden Club as a part of their ongoing beautification project.
